Ian Douglass is a program and technical account manager, Business Aviation at Viasat. Since joining Viasat in 2013, Ian has held multiple positions spanning operations – aftermarket services to technology development to aircraft engineering and certification. Ian holds an industrial engineering degree from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo and an MBA from UC San Diego.
